5.7 Holistic Hemp Scotland, does not sell or distribute, any products that are in violations of the United Kingdom Misuse of Drugs Act 1971. 6. Law And Jurisdiction

7. Refund Policy
In the event of being unsatisfied with the quality of the product, please contact us by email within 14 days of receiving the product for a full refund. Import duties are non-refundable. Product must be unopened to receive a full refund. If the product is defective or damaged there is a full warranty period of 3 months.

Viva Wallet payment gateway is simple to use. You will be directed to a payment screen, and once the details are in and processed, redirected back to our site.

We accept payment via Bank Transfer directly from your bank to ours.
To pay using this method, simply select ‘Bank Transfer’ and then click the ‘place order’ button on our checkout page.
You will then be provided with our bank details and an order number. Please use the order number as your payment reference to help us trace your payment, and speed up dispatch of your order for delivery.
In order to make a bank transfer you can generally use online banking, telephone banking or go in to your local branch.
Please note your order will not be shipped until the funds have cleared in our account. If you do not make payment within 3 days of the date of your order, we reserve the right to cancel it. We will not be held responsible for delays in dispatching orders where your order number is either incorrect or not provided within your payment reference.
Please send a cheque to Holistic Hemp Scotland, Auchentinny Cairn Road, Northmuir, Kirriemuir, DD8 4PW. Sending a cheque with a tracking number is preferred, but not necessary. Please include your address and Order ID number, on your on-hold email, on the back of the cheque for payment reference. Once the cheque is received, we will process the cheque and mail your order out. Please Note: This does not apply to wholesale accounts.
Value Added Tax (VAT)

VAT is charged at the standard rate of 20% and included within the online price (where applicable).

Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 working days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays. Orders can occasionally be delivered on Saturdays, depending on your local Royal Mail depots shipment volumes.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties And Taxes
Holistic Hemp Scotland is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Your privacy is paramount to us. All orders are sent in inconspicuous plain packaging. No logo or lettering mentioning Holistic Hemp Scotland will be found on the parcel. The only markings on your parcel are your address label on the front and a postal/parcel service sticker, depending on the service used. All orders will be provided a tracking number, which will be included in your order confirmation email.
Holistic Hemp Scotland is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
We ship to all countries where the sale and use of CBD products is legal.
Many countries, including some EU countries and some states in the USA, allow the sale and use of products derived from the cannabis plant provided the THC content is lower than 0.2%. All CBD products sold on our website fall into this category.

However, if you wish to return an item, let us know within 14 days of receiving it and you will receive a full refund of the price of the product. Please check your products carefully upon delivery to ensure that it has not been damaged during the shipment process.
We are happy to refund or exchange your goods based on the criteria 1. If you have changed your mind regarding your purchase you need to email us with in 14 day of receiving goods. If the 14 days have passed we have the right not to take the item back. You will find our email address here. You can also fill the form explaining your reason for return. 2. The goods need to be complete and undamaged and in the original packaging. if they are not in the original packaging and opened we will not accept them back and you will not be given a refund. Please keep your mail receipt as proof of shipment. The cost of returns shall be paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed by us.
We will Reimburse you no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned Goods we will use the same means of payment as you used for the order and you will not incur any fees for such reimbursement.
