Suggested Use
Take 1 capsule, 1-3x per day with food and water. Do not exceed recommended daily dosage. Capsules can also be opened and contents can be added to a beverage of choice or sprinkled on food. Although, we do not recommend this way of ingestion because the bio-availability of CBD will decrease. The coating on the capsules is designed to bypass the stomach so that the CBD can reach the smaller intestine and be absorbed directly into the bloodstream through the intestinal lining.

Recommended Storage
Keep at room temperature to preserve freshness. Store away from humidity, heat, and direct sunlight. Do not store in the refrigerator and do not expose to temperatures below 0 °C. Keep away from children. Use within 6 months in open container.
Delivery
If orders received by 3pm. between Monday and Friday, and by 11am on Saturday, we will post them the same day. Orders will be dispatched next working day (Monday to Friday), if placed after 3pm.
Orders placed on Saturday after 11am & on Sunday, will be dispatched on the next working day except when falling on bank holidays (or when the pandemic, strikes & weather related delays may affect postal and courier services that are beyond our control).
