1. I am traveling to Scotland. Can I use CBD related products there?
The quick answer is yes. You can buy and use CDB products while you visit Scotland. If you are interested in purchasing products from us. Please visit our online store. 2. Can I take my Holistic Hemp Scotland product to another country?
We do have customers that do take our products to other countries with them. However this is not something we can offer any advice on, this is often because the guidelines are either unclear or non-existent for this type of product on what customs from each country permits.
We advise that you do your own research into this matter and come to your own conclusion.
3. What countries do we ship to?
We accept orders from individuals in the UK, the European Economic Area (“EEA”) (the “Serviced Countries”) and worldwide.
At present, our serviced countries include:
UK, Austria, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Greenland, Hungary, Iceland, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovenia, Spain, and Sweden.
If ordering from outside the European Union countries, it is your responsibility to ensure that CBD is a legally permitted food supplement in your country.
4. Is my information safe when I make a purchase?
When you are ready to make your purchase and have added your items to the cart. Click the checkout button, this will take you to the secure section of our website and you will see a lock sign in the URL address as confirmation of this. This shows you that your information is secure and that this is a trusted site to disclose any sensitive data such as your personal and bank details. The ecommerce section of our website is SSL secure and the highly encrypted link between the web server and browser ensures a safe purchasing experience.
5. How long will it take for me to receive my Holistic Hemp Scotland purchase?
All of the items will be dispatched first class and should take between 1-2 business days to arrive. We will send you a notification when we have dispatched your items. During busy periods such as bank holidays the time it takes to receives your item may be slightly longer.
6. How do I make a payment?
You can pay with a Visa/Mastercard or by bank transfer.
Choose which option you would prefer at the checkout and you will either be directed through our card payment system or we will send you instructions to proceed with a bank transfer payment.
7. Are all our products posted discreetly?
We take your discretion very seriously, so please rest assured that Delivery is always discreet, regardless if the shipping destination is your home, your office or any other UK mainland address.
We deliver all our products in plain brown boxes, without branding. Furthermore, there will be no content description on the outside of the parcel, only the carrier label will be displayed. As a result no one beside you will know the nature of the contents inside.
8. How much do you charge for shipping
We offer free first class signed postage within the UK, we also ship outside the UK for £8. There is the option at the checkout to upgrade to special delivery, guaranteed before 1 PM the next business day.
